Full Time IT Technician (Assistant) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in BATARAS SDN BHD Sabah - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for computers, software, printers, and network issues.
• Install and set up computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and fix hardware, software, and network problems.
• Install and update operating systems, software, and antivirus programs.
• Support and maintain POS systems and other retail IT equipment.
• Assist in maintaining CCTV, attendance systems, and related devices.
• Monitor and maintain the company's network, Wi-Fi, and internet connection.
• Perform regular maintenance to keep IT equipment in good working condition.
• Maintain records of IT equipment, software, and maintenance activities.
• Assist with data backup and recovery.
• Respond to IT support requests promptly.
• Provide IT support at company branches when required.
• Follow company IT policies and ensure the proper use of IT equipment.
• Report major IT issues to the IT Executive or IT Manager.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and Windows operating systems.
• Able to troubleshoot common IT issues independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to travel to company branches when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
