• Provide leadership to finance and accounting areas of the organisation.
• Oversee the organization’s financial resources to achieve the year’s revenue and budget goals.
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the organization.
• Prepare and analyse accurate monthly financial and management reports.
• Able to work closely with department across the organization on financial matters.
• Create and adhere to budgets for specific projects and business needs. Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
• Track the organization’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
• Lead all day-to-day accounting operations, with functional responsibility for accounting, accounts payable, the management of grant reporting and reconciliation.
• Perform month-end closing procedures.
• Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses; asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information.
• Confirm financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; and preparing special reports.
• Promote sound internal control and lean balance sheet.
• Any ad-hoc task/project/assignment as assigned by superior from time to time.
• Liaise with company secretary, external auditor, bank representative and government statutory when necessary.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
