Account Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Assistant to support the Finance Department in daily accounting and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable matters.
• Process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, refunds and supporting documents.
• Assist with daily collection checking, bank-in records and payment matching.
• Support bank reconciliation and other finance-related reconciliations.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Assist in stock count, fixed asset records and finance reports when required.
• Liaise with internal departments, vendors, banks or external parties when needed.
• Support month-end closing and other ad-hoc finance tasks assigned by the superior.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
