JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and automation systems.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and customer training on product operation and maintenance.
Conduct preventive maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
Collaborate with customers, principals, and internal teams to deliver effective technical solutions and continuous service improvements.
Maintain accurate service records, technical documentation, and timely service reports.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in field service; experience in the packaging or warehousing industry is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in mechanical, electrical, electronic, and automation systems.
Able to manage multiple tasks effectively, including installation, maintenance, and equipment repair.
Good communication skills with a strong customer service mindset and the ability to work well with clients and internal teams.
