Job Description :-

• Manage attendance management system
• Ensure office area up clean and tidy
• In-charge and manage all the pantry sundries
• Manage all complaints. To fill up complaint data into Computerized Management Maintenance System (CMMS), and ensure all complaints meet the KPI guidelines and criteria which has been set by Concession Company
• Monitor and update any open complaint or extension time needed to Operation Manager
• Update total of complaint received on daily basis at the office notice board
• Assist Operation Manager on the Plan Preventive Maintenance schedule
• To monitor, check and verify all Plan Preventive Maintenance checklist submitted by technicians
• Manage and notify the Concession and /or Management Office for repair works activity
• Manage all Concession Company Site Memo including record memo received in CMMS system and make a data backup in the Cloud Drive
• Monitor and update Proactive work list and daily reports submitted by technicians in the Records system
• Provide supports and commitment to the company quality management system (QMS) for its effectiveness
• Distribute Customer Satisfaction Survey forms to the Management Office
• Provide supports and commitment to the company quality management system (QMS) for its effectiveness
• Prepare, compile, and submit hard copy reports to clients
• Any other task assigned by the immediate superior or Management team

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
