Human Resources (HR):

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.
• Handle the full lifecycle of foreign workers and expatriates, including:
• Work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Visa and immigration processes
• Coordination with immigration authorities, embassies, and relevant government agencies
• Orientation and integration support
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, procedures, and policies.
• Maintain and manage HR records and employee data.
• Manage payroll and statutory contributions in coordination with the Finance department.
• Lead HR audits and ensure up-to-date documentation.

Administration:

• Oversee daily administrative operations including office management, facilities, travel, and logistics.
• Ensure a well-maintained and secure working environment.
• Manage company assets, utilities, and vendor relationships.
• Implement cost-effective administrative systems and processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
