Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional social media and community marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage official social media channels (X, Telegram, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Create, localize, and publish engaging content including campaigns, educational content, product updates, market insights, and community activities.
• Plan and execute regional online/offline marketing campaigns, AMAs, trading competitions, community events, and partnership activations.
• Monitor social media trends, community sentiment, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze campaign performance using key metrics and continuously optimize content and engagement strategies.
• Support regional product launches, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in social media, community management, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Experience in cryptocurrency, Web3, fintech, or trading industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and community ecosystems.
• Excellent content writing and storytelling skills with the ability to localize content for different audiences.
• Experience managing community campaigns, engagement activities, and user acquisition initiatives.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance reporting.

Pay: RM2,800.00 per month
