Job Summary
The IT Executive will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the Company’s overall IT operations. As the first IT personnel in the Company, this role requires hands-on ownership of hardware, network infrastructure, user support, and vendor coordination to ensure stable and secure daily operations.
Responsibilities:
1. IT Infrastructure & System Support
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems, and business applications.
- Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, software, and related equipment.
- Ensure systems are operating efficiently, securely, and with minimal downtime.
2. User & Technical Support
- Provide day-to-day IT support to all employees and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Assist with IT setup and system onboarding for new employees (devices, accounts, access, applications).
- Provide basic user training and guidance on system usage and IT best practices.
3. Vendor & Asset Management
- Liaise with vendors for the purchase, repair, and maintenance of IT hardware, software, and related services.
- Maintain IT asset and inventory records, including hardware, software, and license tracking.
- Support software license renewals and maintenance schedules.
4. Projects & System Rollout
- Support IT infrastructure setup for HQ and site offices, including network and hardware deployment.
- Assist in infrastructure-related projects, upgrades, and system rollouts as required.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain proper records of contracts, amendments, correspondence, and approvals.
- Prepare commercial reports and summaries for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant working experience in IT infrastructure, hardware support, or system administration.
- Hands-on experience with desktop/laptop support, servers, networking equipment, and peripherals.
- Able to work independently and take ownership as a standalone IT resource.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of basic networking, server management, and Microsoft 365 environment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
