Business Development & Strategy (BDS)
Location: Yayasan Mihrab, Taman Melati, Kuala Lumpur
Working hours: Monday - Friday (8.00 am - 6.00 pm)
Salary: RM 2,000 - RM 3,000

Job scope:
1. Develop and manage fundraising strategies to achieve organizational targets.
2. Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
3. Coordinate the preparation of marketing materials and fundraising proposals.
4. Monitor fundraising performance, pipeline, and KPI reports.
5. Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team.
6.Plan and manage fundraising events and campaigns.
7. Maintain CRM, fundraising records, and corporate partnership data.
8. Build and manage relationships with corporate partners.
9. Monitor the progress of MTSFAZ development projects.

Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
2. At least 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or fundraising.
3. Proven experience in developing strategies and achieving organizational targets.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. Proficient in reporting, data analysis, and KPI monitoring.
6. Experience in managing client or corporate partner relationships.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant digital platforms.
8. Proactive and target-oriented
