Kerja Sepenuh Masa Accounts Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di Tong Sim Wood Industries Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for daily AP/AR/Cash/Bank transactions
• Responsible for daily group bank payments.
• Assist in accounting functions which include processing billings and collections, preparing payments and official receipts, accounting journals etc.
• Assist in updating monthly bank reconciliation on a timely basis.
• Assist in updating supporting schedules for management accounts.
• Assist in preparation of accounts and audit queries.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents.
• Assit in payroll, EPF and SOCSO monthly processing.
• Maintain proper and accurate filing of records and other documents.
• Other ad-hoc tasks when assigned.

Skills and specifications:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Well organized and able to meet timeline.
• Proactive and willing to learn new things.
• Good analytical skill and detail oriented.
• Responsible and have positive work attitude.
• Experienced in Autocount is an added advantage.
• Must have good understanding of Microsoft Excel and other Office Applications (Word, Zoom)
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills

Education and Qualifications:

• Minimum Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, or equivalent.
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in AP transactions, AR transactions, cash book transactions and handling full set accounts

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
