Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, utilizing problem-solving skills to provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Identifying recurring issues and communicating feedback to the management to improve the overall experience.
• Accurately record all customer requirements such as hotel bookings, transport arrangement, concert ticket request, etc 
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, new features, and industry best practices.
