Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee all site and corporate administration functions, ensuring smooth coordination between management, project teams, and regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of administrative, HR, and compliance operations across multiple project sites.
• Oversee MOM work pass applications, BCA CRS registration, and bizSAFE compliance.
• Manage project correspondence, tender documentation, and progress claim tracking.
• Support management in corporate governance, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Establish and optimise SOPs for document control, procurement, and project administration.
• Coordinate liaisons with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and statutory boards.
• Handle licensing renewals and ensure timely submission of compliance documents.
• Review and prepare project cost reports, and management dashboards.
• Manage digital documentation systems, ensuring confidentiality and traceability of corporate records.
• Ensure smooth communication flow between site and head office for manpower, material, and compliance matters.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administration within the construction sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word,Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
