Our client is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support the day-to-day HR & operations of a fast-paced professional services business. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient HR administration, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and coordination of key people processes while delivering a high standard of employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR administration, including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, probation confirmations, and employee records.
• Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, and HR documentation.
• Maintain HRIS accuracy and prepare regular HR reports and dashboards.
• Support payroll preparation and benefits administration with external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and internal policies.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, training logistics, and HR communications.
• Respond to employee queries and provide timely administrative support.
• Support performance review cycles and other annual HR processes.
• Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and offer administration.
• Partner with Finance and business stakeholders on HR operational matters and process improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of HR operations or HR administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment practices and MOM regulations.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
