What You'll Be Doing

As our Sales Assistant, you'll be the friendly face thatwelcomes customers into our store. Your role goes beyond selling—you'll buildrelationships, create positive shopping experiences, and help customersdiscover exceptional value.

Your day may include:

Assisting customers in selecting quality pre-owned jewellery, luxury watches,and valuable items

Delivering outstanding customer service with professionalism, patience, andenthusiasm

Understanding customers' needs and recommending suitable products

Handling customer enquiries confidently and accurately

Processing sales transactions and maintaining accurate records

Preparing simple reports and performing basic administrative duties

Ensuring the showroom is clean, organised, and visually appealing

Working closely with your teammates to achieve sales targets and provideexcellent service

Contributing ideas to improve the customer experience and store performance

We're Looking ForSomeone Who...

Has at least 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience

Enjoys interacting with people and building customer relationships

Has good communication and interpersonal skills

Is comfortable using basic computer applications for data entry and reporting

Is responsible, trustworthy, and attentive to details

Has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a team

Is willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Bonus if you have:

Basic accounting knowledge

Experience handling jewellery, luxury products, or other high-value merchandise

• Monday to Friday ( 8.00am - 5.30pm )
• Retail operating hours
• Weekend and public holiday shifts on a roster basis
