Job Summary

Lead and manage front-of-house operations in a food and beverage setting, ensuring excellent guest experiences, efficient staff coordination, and smooth operational control.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-shift briefings to align team goals and service standards
• Schedule staff shifts to optimize coverage and operational efficiency
• Train new hires to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to company standards
• Monitor staff grooming and performance to maintain professional presentation and service excellence
• Greet diners warmly and manage table flow and reservations to maximize guest satisfaction and seating efficiency
• Resolve customer complaints tactfully to maintain positive guest relations and uphold brand reputation
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery and timely order fulfillment
• Maintain cleanliness standards in front-of-house areas to comply with hygiene and safety regulations
• Enforce safety regulations to provide a secure environment for staff and guests
• Track front-of-house supplies and project product needs to prevent shortages and support uninterrupted operations
• Prepare daily reports to document operational performance and inventory status

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory food and beverage role
• Strong communication skills to effectively lead teams and interact with guests
• Conflict resolution skills to manage and resolve customer and staff issues professionally
• Team leadership skills to motivate and guide staff toward achieving operational goals
• Operational multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic environment
• High flexibility to work long hours, split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
