About the Role

Cintra Consultancy is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Intern to support the production of engaging short-form and long-form content for our clients and internal brands.

You will work closely with our content strategists, producers and creative team to transform raw footage into polished, platform-ready videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form social media videos, advertisements, interviews, home tours and founder-led content.
• Organise and manage raw footage, audio files and project assets.
• Add subtitles, graphics, transitions, music and sound effects where appropriate.
• Apply basic colour correction, audio balancing and visual enhancements.
• Adapt video formats and dimensions for different social media platforms.
• Review feedback and complete revisions accurately and promptly.
• Ensure videos follow the approved creative direction, brand guidelines and project brief.
• Support the creative team with content ideation and editing references.
• Maintain proper file organisation and version control.
• Assist with other post-production tasks when required.

Requirements

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software.
• A good understanding of social media content and short-form video trends.
• Strong visual sense, storytelling ability and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
• Open to feedback and willing to improve through revisions.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects, motion graphics, colour grading or sound design is an advantage.
• A portfolio, showreel or sample of past editing work is preferred.
