Our esteemed client in the Food Manufacturing industry is seeking a Sales Support Admin/ Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Sales Support Admin/ Sales Coordinator
• Location: Lentor (Transport provided from designated pickup locations)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.45pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,700 + AWS

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other sales-related documentation.
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and sales data.
• Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, pricing updates, and customer requests.
• Monitor inventory availability and communicate stock-related updates to internal teams and customers.
• Assist in sales reporting and performance analysis.
• Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve order, delivery, returns, and operational issues.
• Follow up on customer claims, rebates, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation of sales records.
• Provide general administrative support to the Sales team and perform other duties as assigned.

JobRequirements:

• At least Higher NITEC in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or a similar support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Prior experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Able to commence work within short notice is an advantage.
