Job Summary

There is a full-time position available for Clinic Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant at our clinic. The role involves patient interaction, administrative support, and basic health measurements.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls promptly to assist patients and visitors
• Register patient details accurately to maintain up-to-date records
• Schedule patient appointments efficiently to optimize clinic workflow
• Perform cashiering duties to process payments and issue receipts
• Measure patients’ weight and height to support clinical assessments
• Check patients’ temperature, heart rate, pulse oximetry, and blood pressure to assist healthcare staff
• Type medical reports to document patient information clearly and accurately
• Maintain medical records to ensure organized and accessible patient files
• File miscellaneous documents to support clinic administration

The clinic is conveniently located within a short walk from the MRT station.
