Job Summary

Manage order processing and backlog using SAP and Excel to ensure timely delivery. Liaise with vendors and customers to communicate shipping updates and resolve inquiries, supporting smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage order processing transactions accurately and timely using SAP and Excel to maintain operational efficiency
• Monitor and manage orders and backlogs, proactively communicating changes or delays to prevent escalation due to shipping issues
• Liaise with vendors and customers to coordinate timely delivery or pickup and respond promptly to shipping information requests
• Apply knowledge of accounting principles to support order and invoice processing activities
• Utilize ERP systems, including SAP and Microsoft platforms, to manage sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and inventory processes
• Analyze data and perform numeracy tasks to support accurate order management and reporting
• Prepare presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint and MS Excel to communicate operational status and insights

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
