Who we are:

Vitera is a supplement brand built on proof over promises - with doctors, clinical studies and results our customers can actually see.

We started with weight management and have since expanded into vitamin and electrolyte supplements that support hydration, immunity, energy, focus and overall wellbeing. Every product is built on the same three things: simplicity, results and real science.

We’re currently in markets such as Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei, with further expansion across Southeast Asia ahead.

The role:

You’ll sit at the centre of the customer experience, the person who makes sure every customer feels looked after from the moment they buy.

• Customer onboarding (WhatsApp → Vitera World app) — welcoming new customers over WhatsApp and guiding them into Vitera World, our rewards and community platform

• Vitera World App support helping customers navigate the app, track their progress and get the most out of it

• Post-purchase queries answering questions on products, orders and subscriptions with care and speed

• Customer database management — keeping records accurate, organised and up to date

• General admin & recurring tasks the routine work that keeps everything running properly

• HQ inventory & logistics support - stock checks, order prep, keeping things moving

• Office management support

• Events & offline activations — on-ground customer touchpoints, from prep to pack-down

• Ad-hoc projects — including the occasional marketing or content task, if that’s your thing

To do this well, you’ll need to know our products inside out — Trifect, Hydrate, Mini Reset and Complete-D. We’ll make sure you do.

Who we’re looking for:

• Diploma or Degree students in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields

• Enjoys connecting with people and building genuine customer relationships

• Organised and detail-oriented — data management matters here

• Proactive problem-solvers; things come up, and you handle them

• Comfortable with hands-on, behind-the-scenes work

• Interested in supplements, health and wellness Canva and basic video editing (Reels/TikTok) a bonus, not a requirement
