Full Time ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPER Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,000 in Impiana Hotel Ipoh Ipoh - Maukerja

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
• Supervise and monitor the performance of housekeeping attendants and public area attendants.
• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
• Prepare and assign daily work schedules and room assignments for housekeeping staff.
• Ensure all rooms are cleaned, inspected, and ready for guest occupancy on time.
• Train, coach, and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and service quality.
• Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance, providing feedback when necessary.
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Maintenance, and Laundry departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, guest amenities, linens, and equipment, and assist with ordering and stock control.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and chemicals.
• Maintain housekeeping records, inspection reports, lost-and-found logs, and inventory documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
• Assist in implementing housekeeping policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support the Executive Housekeeper in budgeting, cost control, and departmental administrative duties.
• Assist in preparing for internal audits, quality inspections, and accreditation requirements.
• Step in to perform housekeeping duties when operational needs require.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or Hotel Management

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
