Content Creation

• Assist in planning, filming, and editing TikTok videos.
• Produce engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
• Create product demonstrations, lifestyle content, UGC-style videos, testimonials, and trending content.
• Ensure all content aligns with MIMY's brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Trend Research

• Monitor TikTok trends, viral sounds, hashtags, and competitor content.
• Generate fresh content ideas and creative concepts.
• Identify opportunities to create timely and engaging content.

Video Editing

• Edit videos using CapCut or similar editing software.
• Add subtitles, transitions, music, and visual effects.
• Optimise videos for maximum engagement and watch time.

Performance Monitoring

• Track content performance, including:
• Video Views
• Engagement Rate
• Watch Time
• Completion Rate
• Shares
• Saves
• Learn how content performance contributes to TikTok Shop sales and customer engagement.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the Marketing, Live Commerce, and E-Commerce teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree student in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, or related fields.
• Passionate about TikTok, social media, and content creation.
• Comfortable appearing on camera is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of CapCut or video editing software is preferred.
• Creative, eager to learn, and willing to accept feedback.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
