Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a versatile role in generating business leads, supporting operations and partners, as well as assisting in market analysis. You will serve as a key liaison between the marketing, sales, and operations teams and external parties to ensure the company’s strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales

• Build and maintain business relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Identify new prospects and implement targeted sales strategies.
• Present products/services to clients and partners in a professional manner.
• Analyze market and competitor trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

2. Marketing

• Plan and coordinate both digital and physical marketing campaigns.
• Prepare promotional materials and participate in marketing events (roadshows, exhibitions, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

3. Operations & Partner Support

• Assist in onboarding new partners and ensure smooth integration.
• Support the BD Manager in daily operations and ad-hoc tasks.
• Communicate promotional updates and announcements to relevant stakeholders.

4. Data & Reporting

• Accurately maintain and update business development-related data.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance and trade-in program reports.
• Manage distributor contract documentation and ensure timely completion.
• Act as the PIC (Person-in-Charge) for ROS database management and account creation.

5. Market Insights

• Gather feedback from retail staff for operational improvements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proactive, creative, analytical, and able to work independently.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Quick learner, detail-oriented, and highly disciplined.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in data & reporting management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
