• Manage and maintain all operational documentation for the clinic.
• Handle applications, renewals and compliance matters related to doctors' practicing certificates, insurance, licenses and other regulatory requirement.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies and quality standards.
• Supervise and support clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling and manpower requirements.
• Resolve operational issues and handle customer complaint professionally.
• Coordinate with management on operational improvement and new initiatives.
• Conduct regular branch visits, inspections and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance and other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Liaise with government agencies, insurance providers and external authorities on operational and compliance matters.
• Coordinate with licensed clinical waste management company to ensure proper collection and disposal of scheduled waste.
• Monitor the validity and renewal of licenses, permits, agreements and certificates.
• Prepare reports, official letters, memo and documentation required by management and regulatory bodies.
• Perform any other operational and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or related field.
• Good communication (Bahasa Malaysia & English) and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Experience in healthcare, dental or service industry is an added advantage.
• Experience in operations and administration.
• Able to work 6 days (Monday - Saturday) and/or extended hours when needed.
