Kerja Sepenuh Masa Warehouse Officer - Exec, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di Syarikat Thong Guan Trading Kedah - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

Responsibility and accountability for inventory management and all warehouse operations.

Arrange and coordinate delivery inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with requirements.

Monitor stock levels and place orders to replenish products as needed to maintain optimal inventory.

Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock takes, and reconciliation of variances.

Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and maintain records.

Generate and analyse weekly and monthly operational reports (inventory aging, slow-moving stock, delivery performance, etc.) to support decision-making.

Liaise with transporters, and internal departments to coordinate operations smoothly.

Requirements & Qualification:

- Degree in Warehouse or Logistics

- Professional qualification in logistic, supply chain, material management is an added advantage.

- Knowledge in handling ERP system

- At least 3 years above Warehouse (2-4 years prior experience)

- Good interpersonal and leadership skill

- Able to work independently and have self-discipline

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
