Duration:

• 3–6 months (possibility of extension based on performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating project documentation, schedules, and reports.
• Maintain and organize project files and records.
• Support project progress tracking and prepare basic reports.
• Coordinate meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and administrative tasks.
• Support Project Managers with daily operations and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Internship duration of at least 3 months is preferred.
• Possess own transportation is an added advantage.

- Taman Perindustrian Putra, Puchong

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
