Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Chargeman B4 di Dynaciate Engineering Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• System Operations: Manage, operate, and monitor high-voltage (33kV/11kV) and low-voltage installations, switchboards, transformers, and sub-stations safely.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs, attend to power failures, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical (M&E) breakdowns.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all electrical works and facility operations comply with local statutory regulations, safety codes, and standards set by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• Team Supervision: Lead, guide, and supervise junior chargemen, wiremen, contractors, and facility maintenance technicians.
• Reporting & Records: Maintain comprehensive logs, daily checklists, equipment history records, and submit routine M&E performance reports.

Authorities:

• Maintenance Oversight: Plans and executes preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for plant sub-stations, switchgears, and main incoming supplies.
• Safety & Incident Response: Manages electrical safety protocols, responds to high-voltage emergencies, and investigates power failure root causes.
• Team & Contractor Leadership: Supervises internal electrical technical teams, wiremen, and external contractors during servicing or breakdown recoveries.

Academic Qualification: Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical trade background.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of switchgear protection relays, safety procedures (first aid/CPR for electrical shock), and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands-on working experience in high-voltage system maintenance, manufacturing plants, power generation, or critical commercial facilities.
• Certification: Valid Chargeman B0 Competency Certificate (11kV or higher) issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
