• Halal manual and record administration
• Internal Halal Committee program administration
• Halal quality assurance
• Halal certification process administration
• Halal internal audit facilitation
• To be responsible on regulatory affair and documents related Halal, MeSTI & HACCP
• To perform regular quality assessments on all incoming material till end products
• Liaise with JAKIM/JHEAINS on halal related matters including audits
• Conduct internal training in term of food safety, quality and Halal (Halal Awareness Training and Food Hygiene)
• To be responsible as a Document Controller for all government & production documents.
• Assist in food safety management system implementation and maintaining the system and certification
• Review and analyses data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
• Setting up HALAL SOP and HALAL manual and review from time to time to ensure information up to date.
• To assist in F&B for product quality and Halal related matter.
• To cary out all the work which is incidental to the post as a Halal Executive.
• Other duties at the discretion of the management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
