Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for controlling and monitoring all finance and accounting transactions for regional offices.
• Ensure daily financial transactions are recorded accurately and properly maintained.
• Monitor cash flow, payments, invoices, expenses, and other accounting activities at regional offices.
• Review and verify transaction documents to ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports for management review.
• Assist in account reconciliation, data entry, and maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Liaise with regional offices regarding finance-related matters and resolve transaction discrepancies.
• Perform accounting tasks using SQL Accounting Software.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Candidate must possess Diploma in Accounting, Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with relevant accounting experience are preferred.
• Experience in using SQL Accounting Software is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial transactions, and reporting procedures.
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with regional offices.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
