JOB PURPOSE
1. Performs clinical and administrative duties under the supervision and direction of doctor.
2. Assist doctors with patient management, basic diagnostic tests, and recordkeeping.

DUTIES
1. To assist doctors in the consultation and ultrasound room.
2. Provide patient counselling and education on pertinent health issues.
3. To assist in operation theater for procedures (IUI, OPU, ET, FET, etc), where applicable.
4. Maintaining excellent patient care and feedback mechanism.
5. To handle administrative task for nursing team.
6. Organize file, and maintain health information in a confidential manner.
7. To ensure high standard operating protocol is adhered to.
8. To ensure high safety and ethical practice standards.
9. To participate and contribute to the marketing and expansion activities of the center as the need arise.
10. To be in-charge or assist in certain project/s as and when directed by the doctor or lead nurse/nurse manager.
11. Assisting fellow colleagues and to perform any other duties as assigned by the Nursing Director or Lead Doctor.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Candidates must possess at least a recognized Diploma or equivalent.
2. Self-motivated, patient oriented and proactive.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills and possesses a friendly disposition.
4. Superior coordination and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as a team member.
6. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data and protocol requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
