Role Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international financial services institution with a strong global footprint and tens of thousands of employees worldwide. Their regional technology center delivers enterprise-grade IT infrastructure, digital solutions, and operational capabilities in an agile, cross-functional environment.

The Capacity Analyst / Senior Capacity Analyst will join the IT Infrastructure & Data Services division to oversee capacity management, analytics, and reporting. In this role, you will ensure optimal infrastructure performance by maintaining capacity tools, generating actionable reporting, and advising internal business stakeholders on capacity planning.

Note:Leveling (Mid or Senior) and project ownership scope will be determined based on the candidate's depth of experience. This role is a hybrid working arrangement, following EMEA working hours (3PM - 12AM MYT).

Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and optimize capacity management reports, views, and dashboards based on business requirements.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to internal customers on utilizing capacity management reports, analytics tools, and formulating capacity plans.
• Ensure continuous functionality, performance, and optimization of capacity management platforms, tools, and custom reporting views.
• Partner closely with infrastructure, operating system, and database teams to ensure seamless data evaluations and proactive communications.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of professional experience.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in data evaluation, reporting development, and IT operational analytics.
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management processes (ITIL framework) and Capacity Management methodologies.
• Familiarity with infrastructure architecture, operating systems, and database management systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL and basic scripting/programming languages for data extraction and processing.
• Experience with enterprise capacity optimization platforms (e.g., BMC Helix Capacity Optimization or similar tools).
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable presenting data-driven insights to technical stakeholders, and capable of adapting quickly in an agile environment.

Pay: RM72,000.00 - RM180,000.00 per year
