Role Description The Project Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Johor Baharu. The Project Executive is responsible for coordinating interior design and build projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients and internal design teams, preparing project schedules, monitoring site progress, and resolving operational issues. The role involves coordinating vendors and contractors, managing documentation and reports, and supporting procurement and resource allocation. The Project Executive also contributes to continuous improvement of project workflows and maintains clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Strong project coordination and management abilities, including scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking.
  • Experience working with interior design, construction, or fit-out projects, with understanding of site operations and workflows.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills, including report preparation and maintenance of project records.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with project management software is an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Johor Baharu, including attending site meetings and inspections as required.
