Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Training Manager di Qi Group Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a Training Manager to drive the successful execution and adoption of training programs across our Independent Distributor (ID) network. You will play a key role in improving onboarding, engagement, activation, and retention through impactful learning experiences and close collaboration with field leaders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the rollout and adoption of training programs across multiple markets.
• Ensure strong participation, engagement, and completion rates for training initiatives.
• Manage onboarding programs to support new distributor success and activation.
• Drive utilization of LMS and digital learning platforms while monitoring training effectiveness.
• Partner with field leaders to identify training needs and improve learning outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless training execution.
• Support content deployment, localization, and continuous improvement of training materials.
• Track and report training performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Training Operations, Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or Program Management.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Experience in training delivery, event coordination, or field enablement programs.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze training effectiveness and performance metrics.
• Exposure to direct selling, or other field-driven business environments is an added advantage
