The Role
Joining a collaborative manufacturing team, you'll lead workforce capability development end-to-end.
- Design and manage competency frameworks, learning pathways, and role-based curricula
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and translate findings into targeted programmes
- Deliver hands-on training directly to production line operators and support functions
- Oversee LMS administration, training records, and compliance documentation
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to address skill gaps and support audits
- Use learning analytics to measure effectiveness and lead continuous improvement initiatives
A proactive L&D professional with solid manufacturing experience and strong stakeholder skills.
- Degree in HR, Education, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years in training or L&D within a manufacturing environment
- Proven hands-on experience delivering training to production line operators
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; LMS experience is an advantage
