What You’ll Do for Us

  • Lead, coordinate and implement CAPEX investments, equipment installations & process improvement projects for CPS Singapore Plant. Scope includes hands-on site acceptance tests, commissioning, installation qualification, operational qualification and performance reviews.
  • Review and improve the manufacturing processes to ensure effective and efficient practices are executed. Recommend, innovate and implement revised methods and processes in the plant.
  • Monitor processes for continuous improvement, SPC and other initiatives as appropriate. Identify improvement opportunities for any part of the processes and create actions to further improve the systems to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Trouble-shoot and resolve technical problems for all manufacturing work centers and plant facilities.
  • Provide Engineering support to all other functions in the plant.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degrees in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Food Science or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in project execution, equipment installation commissioning and validation), preferably in a manufacturing industry
  • Demonstrate experience of delivering enhancements to systems is required
  • Knowledge and experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders is strongly desired
  • Project management skills including planning and organizing
  • Influencing skills
  • Ability to identify problems, root cause and preventative measures
  • Strong knowledge of PIDs, pipefitting, electrical, controls, pumps, mixers, compressors, welding, general building repair
  • Willingness to take ownership in maintaining facilities and pride in results of work
  • Team oriented, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude
  • Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload
