Job Description

You will support in managing the Research function and deliver end-to-end research projects, including data collection, analysis, report writing, and stakeholder presentations. Contribute to workplan reviews and impact evaluations to ensure research outputs are high-quality, relevant, and aligned with organisational priorities.

• ntMonitor and review the implementation of organisational impact metrics and ensure alignment with the overall impact framewor
• k.Maintain and enhance the impact assessment framework to support prioritisation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of SINDA programmes and service
• s.Facilitate impact clinics, discussions, and workshops with internal divisions and stakeholders to strengthen impact measurement practice

• onLead and manage end-to-end research and programme evaluation projects, including: conducting literature reviews, designing research methodologies, developing research instruments, overseeing data collection and analys
• isEnsure research activities are conducted in accordance with ethical standards and organisational guidelin

• ts Master’s or bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, Sociology, Behavioural Sciences, Statistics, or a related discipli
• ne.At least 4 years of relevant experience in research, programme evaluation, or impact assessment, preferably within the social service sector, with exposure to Theory of Change or impact measurement frameworks is an advant
