The role is responsible for portfolio reporting, financial management, treasury support, and oversight of family office activities in a high-trust and confidential environment.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor portfolio performance, investment holdings, cash positions, and valuations, and prepare periodic portfolio reports.
- Prepare financial, budget, cash flow, expense, and portfolio reports to support management decision-making.
- Analyse household expenditures, identify trends, variances, and risks.
- Maintain accurate investment, financial, and operational records, including portfolio tracking, bank reconciliations, and reporting databases.
- Support banking and treasury matters, including account administration, deposit renewals, payment instructions, cash management, and documentation.
- Manage family office financial and operational matters, including properties, vehicles, contracts, insurance, taxes, licenses, utilities, and other family office assets.
- Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Coordinate approvals, signatures, and administrative support for financial and operational activities.
- Drive process improvements and provide trusted support on financial, reporting, treasury, and family office operational matters while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business.
- Min 12 years of experience in finance, treasury, accounting, financial reporting, family office operations.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, cash management, treasury operations, and portfolio administration.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive financial and personal information.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a high-trust, confidential environment.
- Flexible and responsive in managing time-sensitive matters, including those that may arise outside standard office hours.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
