Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills, including experience responding to user requests and resolving common IT issues.
• Candidates should possess solid Information Technology and System Administration skills, including familiarity with operating systems, user management, and basic network configuration.
• Candidates should possess proven Troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose, prioritize, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems efficiently.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience, are preferred.
• Beneficial skills include knowledge of IT security best practices, experience in healthcare or HIPAA-compliant environments, strong communication abilities, and a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
