Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Telecommunication Network Operation and Maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimization of our telecommunication network infrastructure. You will lead a team of technical professionals, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure that our network meets the highest standards of performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telecommunications management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of network technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff to achieve operational excellence.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging professional growth and development within the team.

- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the telecommunication network, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance network reliability and efficiency.

- Formulate and execute strategic plans for network expansion, upgrades, and modernization projects.

- Align network operations with the company's long-term goals and objectives, ensuring scalability and sustainability.

- Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to maximize operational effectiveness.

- Monitor and control operational expenditures, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality.

- Provide high-level technical oversight and support for complex network issues and critical incidents.

- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to resolve technical challenges and implement innovative solutions.

- Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor network health and team productivity.

- Prepare and present regular reports on network performance, operational achievements, and areas for improvement to senior management.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and key stakeholders.

- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure favorable terms and reliable service delivery.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

- Implement quality assurance practices to maintain high standards of network performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Extensive experience (7+ years) in telecommunication network operations and maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

- In-depth knowledge of telecommunication systems, network architecture, and industry best practices.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.

- Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
