We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Executive Project Manager to work directly with the CEO. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple software development and digital transformation projects while providing executive support in business operations, client management, presentations, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple software development and digital transformation projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
• Coordinate with developers, business analysts, designers, QA, and clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for management.

Executive Support

• Work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives and daily business operations..
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action item trackers.
• Serve as the primary coordination point between clients and internal teams
• Prepare project proposals, quotations, presentations, and business documents.
• Review project documentation including URS, SRS, functional specifications, and reports.
• Maintain organized project documentation and records.
• Assist in preparing executive presentations and proposal decks.
• Support tender submissions and business proposals.
• Coordinate demonstrations and client presentations.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve business processes.
• Knowledge of AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT
• Experience using Figma, Canva, or PowerPoint for professional presentations is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
