Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee renovation, refurbishment, restoration, and reinstatement projects for Headquarters, branches, and mall outlets, ensuring completion within approved timelines, budgets, and company standards.
  • Manage all maintenance activities for HQ offices, branches, and mall outlets, including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, roller shutters, safes, fingerprint access systems, CCTV, alarm systems, and other facilities.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, landlords, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project execution, maintenance works, and preventive servicing are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company requirements.
  • Prepare and review quotations, cost estimates, project budgets, layout plans, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and expenditure reports, while assisting in annual budget planning and cost control.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive maintenance programmes, including air conditioning servicing, pest control, fire extinguisher servicing, BOMBA certification renewals, and standby generator maintenance.
  • Lead and supervise the Project and Maintenance team by assigning daily tasks, monitoring work progress, providing technical guidance, and ensuring timely resolution of maintenance issues.
  • Manage Central Monitoring Station (CMS) maintenance by ensuring CCTV and alarm systems across all offices and branches remain fully operational, secure, and compliant with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) and internal audit requirements.
  • Coordinate the installation, repair, upgrading, and maintenance of security systems, signage, branding, and related infrastructure, including obtaining the necessary permits and authority approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, project updates, vendor performance, service reports, contracts, quotations, and incident reports, while providing bi-weekly and monthly progress reports to management.
  • Review and verify project completion, maintenance works, and vendor invoices before submitting them for payment processing, ensuring all works meet company quality standards.
  • Communicate project and maintenance updates to management, branches, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up and effective coordination across departments.
  • Perform any other project, facilities, maintenance, or administrative duties assigned by the Head of Department to support the company's operational requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
