Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Assist in posting job advertisements and sourcing candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials.

Employee Records & Documentation:

• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare HR-related documents, including employment contracts, letters, and policies.
• Manage attendance and leave records.

General Administrative Support:

• Assist in organizing HR events and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for HR metrics, as needed.
• Handle HR-related correspondence and maintain department supplies.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practice
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
• Fresh grade welcome to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
