  • Attend incoming and outgoing calls appropriately in a good and polite manner.
  • Update phone directory when needed.
  • Attend to all customer and visitors enquiries at reception counter in a good manner.
  • Able to develop and maintain an efficient control system of filing, records, communication and correspondences.
  • To provide general administrative support to the department such as filing and other administrative work. Perform clerical jobs such as typing, mailing, filing and etc.
  • Maintenance/monitor of stock level-ordering of stationery/printing matters.
  • Coordinate registration of season pass, termination of season pass and issue receipt for the deposit.
  • To record all incoming gift voucher, documents and letters.
  • Responsible to record office staff monthly attendance when needed.
  • Responsible to monitor the fixed assets.
  • To monitor the calendar for the blocking of meeting room.
  • To make sure the cleanliness of meeting room, pantry and office.
  • To collect the letters from mailbox.
  • To perform any others assignment when required/needed.

Requirements

  • SPM/STPM/Diploma.
  • At least 1 year of working experience.
  • Skills needed – Communication/Administrative.
  • Discipline are the most important key.
  • Good health condition required.
  • Hardworking, committed, responsible and team player.
  • Good common sense in handling difficult situation.
  • Mature, friendly, courteous and pleasant personality with good written and communication skills.
  • Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
