Service Desk Associate (BPO Environment)
Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Salary: RM2,100 – RM2,800 (Basic + Allowance)

We are looking for a Service Desk Associate to join our BPO operations team. This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy assisting customers, handling enquiries, and providing effective solutions. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, or other support channels.
• Provide accurate information and assistance based on customer requests.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with account related enquiries and service requests.
• Record customer interactions and update case details in the system.
• Follow standard operating procedures and service guidelines.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams when required.
• Maintain good customer experience through professional communication.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous customer service or contact centre experience is an advantage but not required.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Able to work in a fast paced BPO environment.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Working Schedule:

• 6 working days per week.
• 24 hour rotational shift (Morning / Afternoon / Night Shift).
• Shift arrangement based on business requirements.
