URGENT HIRING

Accounts Executive
Kuala Ketil, Kedah
Basic Salary: RM2,300 – RM3,500 (depending on experience)

Leeyana Optometry is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Accounts & Finance Executive to join our growing team.

Requirements

Preferably Accounting graduate

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience

Strong Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis

Proficient in Accounting Software (SQL / AutoCount / QuickBooks)

Audit and Tax experience will be an added advantage

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

Able to handle multiple accounts, inter-company transactions and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly Management Accounts to support management decision-making.

Prepare and analyse cash flow forecasts, budgeting and financial planning.

Ensure accounting and financial management systems comply with accounting standards (MFRS), tax regulations and company policies.

Implement and manage e-Invoicing processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers and relevant authorities for audit and compliance matters.

Monitor project costing, progress claims and analyse financial variances.

Prepare and monitor departmental KPIs in line with company objectives.

Monitor company liquidity, profitability and solvency to support sustainable business growth.
