Full Time Account Assistant (AR) Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,500 in Windscreen2u Sdn Bhd Semenyih - Maukerja

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and issue invoices, official receipts, credit notes, and other billing documents accurately and promptly.
• Monitor and update customer payments (from various retail payment channels (Credit Card, DuitNow QR, Atome or Cash etc.) by outlets, ensuring timely and accurate allocation of receipts.
• Perform daily reconciliations between the insurance claim portal and AutoCount by tracking claim statuses from approval to payment, ensuring all matching ledger entries are closed out correctly.
• Liaise with internal departments or customers directly to ensure supporting documents are complete and accurate for invoicing purposes.
• Support month-end closing activities by performing timely AR aging reviews, bank reconciliations, and assisting with management reporting.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records in compliance with audit and statutory requirements.
• Assist with the processing, matching, and reconciliation of intercompany billings.
• Perform other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Finance Department.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of Accounts Receivable or accounting experience are an added advantage.
• Knowledge of AR processes, invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer literacy.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet strict deadlines both independently and within a team environment.
• Responsible and proactive team player with a positive attitude towards problem-solving and operational challenges.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
