1. General Repairs & Preventative Maintenance

• Operational Upkeep: Perform routine and reactive maintenance across the property, including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC (Air-conditioning), and general carpentry or painting.
• Quality Control (QC): Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to identify and resolve defects promptly before they impact the guest experience.
• SOP Compliance: Ensure all repair work is carried out in strict accordance with the Company’s safety and operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

2. Emergency & After-Hours Support

• On-Call Availability: The Employee is required to be available on-call for after-hours emergencies. You must provide a rapid response to critical technical failures, power outages, or safety issues that occur outside of scheduled shift hours.
• Emergency Repairs: Take immediate action to stabilize any maintenance-related emergency to ensure the safety of guests and staff.

3. Management of Company Property

• Tool Custody: The Company will provide a designated toolbox and necessary tools for the execution of duties. These items remain the exclusive property of the Company and must be used strictly for Company-related work.
• Maintenance of Equipment: The Employee is responsible for keeping all tools in good working condition and stored securely. The Company reserves the right to claim replacement costs for any tools lost or damaged due to negligence or misuse.
• Inventory Control: Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and supplies to ensure essential items are always available for urgent repairs.

4. General Support & Ad-hoc Projects

• Project Assistance: Undertake ad-hoc repair projects, renovations, or minor construction tasks as directed by Management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Housekeeping and Front Office departments to prioritize room repairs and minimize room downtime.
