Customer Support Associate (Entry Level)
Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Salary: RM2,100 – RM2,800 (Basic + Allowance)

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding their requests.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Record customer interactions and update information in the system.
• Follow company procedures and service guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• No working experience required; training will be provided.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Schedule:

• 6 working days per week.
• 24 hour rotational shift (Morning / Afternoon / Night).
• Shift arrangement based on business requirements.
