Kerja Sepenuh Masa Accounts Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di Knight Frank Property Management Johor - Maukerja

We’re looking for a hands-on Accounts Executive who is fluent in handling full sets of accounts to support our residential property management team.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Issue invoices to owners and tenants
• Record daily collections and bank-in payments
• Update debtors’ aging reports and send reminders according to SOP

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Collect supplier/contractor invoices from site admin staff
• Process payments and issue cheques
• Ensure invoices are coded and entered accurately in the system

Financial Reporting & General Ledger:

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries
• Post AR & AP transactions into the General Ledger
• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and variance reports
• Provide finance updates for management reports

Other Finance Duties:

• Attend to tenants’/owners’ account-related queries
• Prepare and submit SST where applicable
• Maintain and file finance documents
• Support superior on ad-hoc finance matters

Requirements

• LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or related field
• Strong knowledge and experience in full sets of accounts
• Good communication, independent, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in property/strata management finance is an advantage
