JOB DESCRIPTION (S)

Machine Setup and Operation:

• Set up and adjust molding machines to ensure proper functioning.
• Load materials, such as plastic pellets or resins, into the machine.
• Monitor the molding process to ensure consistency and quality of products.

Mold Changes and Maintenance:

• Change out molds and ensure proper alignment.
• Perform routine maintenance on molding equipment to ensure smooth operation and avoid breakdowns.
• Clean and lubricate the molding machines regularly.

Troubleshooting and Repairs:

• Diagnose and fix machine malfunctions, adjusting settings as needed.
• Identify and resolve issues with molding processes, such as material defects or part inconsistencies.
• Coordinate with other technicians or engineers for major repairs or troubleshooting.

Collaboration and Reporting:

• Work closely with other team members, engineers, and supervisors to ensure production goals are met.
• Proper documentation of mould and tooling
• Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM Certificate, Diploma or any equivalent
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software is required.
• Working Experience in manufacturing industry is an added advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong technical training may be considered.
• Posses good communication and interpersonal skills and committed work attitude.
• Possess own transportation
• Company Location : Taman Perindustrian Pulau Indah, Port Klang

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
